We assemble the expertise the question needs, across disciplines, regions and knowledge systems – including local and Indigenous knowledge.

We translate results into formats decision-makers can use and feed them into ministries, international institutions and negotiation processes.

- Bürgerbeteiligung: Konzeption und Moderation von Beteiligungsformaten – von Workshops bis zu Zukunftswerkstätten
- Ganzheitliche Überprüfung bestehender Fachplanungen: Wir prüfen Konzepte zu Klimaanpassung, Energie oder Stadtentwicklung auf Wechselwirkungen, Zielkonflikte und blinde Flecken
- Aufbau und Begleitung von Netzwerken: Vernetzung mit Wissenschaft, Fachstellen und anderen Kommunen
